3. Fe550 – This grade has almost similar properties of Fe500 but has greater tensile strength and is used in construction projects which are located in coastal, marine and underground environments. 4. Fe600 – This type of grade has more yield strength and tensile strength than all other grades of TMT bars. These grades are widely used for the construction of metro projects, towers, plants, expressways and industrial properties. The chemical composition of this grade is 0.30% of Carbon, 0.04% of Sulphur, 0.04% of Phosphorus and 0.075% of S+P.
